General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking of a Training Course or Course (hereinafter referred to as "training")
Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between the customer and the provider of the training (hereinafter referred to as "the provider"). By booking a training course via the website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
2.1 The customer can book a training course online via the provider's website.
2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website.
2.4 The booking will only become final after payment has been received and confirmed.
Cancellation and Refund
3.1 The customer has the right to cancel the booked training up to 30 days before the start date. In case of cancellation within this period, the full amount will be refunded, minus any administrative costs of 50 euros.
3.2 In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start date, the customer owes the full amount.
3.3 In case of force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters, etc.), the customer may, in consultation with the provider, book an alternative date for the training, provided this is reported in a timely manner.
Change of Training
4.1 The provider reserves the right to change or cancel the training in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., too few participants or force majeure).
4.2 If the provider cancels the training, the customer will receive a full refund or be able to choose an alternative date.
Liability
5.1 The provider is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the training, unless this is due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the provider.
5.2 The customer is responsible for complying with all safety measures during the training.
Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All materials, documents, and information provided during the training are the property of the provider and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the provider's written consent.
6.2 The use of the provider's brand name, logos, and other intellectual property is only permitted with prior consent.
Privacy and Data Processing
7.1 The provider collects and processes the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation.
7.2 The customer has the right to view, correct, or have their personal data deleted.
Conduct and Participation 8.1 The customer undertakes to comply with the rules of conduct and regulations established by the provider during the training. 8.2 The provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate a customer's participation if they do not comply with the rules of conduct.
Complaints and Disputes 9.1 Complaints about the training must be submitted in writing to the provider within 14 days of the end of the training. 9.2 In the event of disputes arising from the agreement, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation. 9.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the provider is established.
Final provisions 10.1 The provider has the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect as soon as they are published on the website. 10.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
