Experienced Watchmaker
About Us
We are an independent watch repair and restoration workshop that values craftsmanship, consistency, and a calm, focused working environment. We take pride in doing things properly—without unnecessary corporate layers. Our days are spent at the bench, with good music in the background, mutual respect in the workshop, and the occasional stroopwafel keeping energy levels up.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Watchmaker to join our team. This role is intended for a professional who is already confident at the bench and capable of servicing and repairing multiple watches at a steady, reliable pace while maintaining high-quality standards.
You will be responsible for complete servicing and repair work, from initial diagnosis through final quality control, working independently within a small team.

- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical (manual and automatic) and quartz watch movements
- Perform complete movement overhauls: disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and regulation
- Repair and replace worn or damaged components
- Casing and uncasing, hand and dial work, and final inspection
- Accuracy, performance, and functional testing
- Maintain an organized workbench and clear service documentation
- Work efficiently while maintaining consistent craftsmanship

- Formal watchmaking education or certification

- Previous experience in a professional workshop or service-center setting
- Appreciation for good music and good snacks
Bench Test

This allows both sides to confirm that workmanship, working pace, and workshop fit are aligned.
Work Environment & Offer
- Small, focused workshop with minimal bureaucracy
- Dedicated workbench and professional tools
- Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level
- Employment type: full-time / part-time / contract (to be discussed)
